Happy National Chocolate Macaroon Day!

When Ana from Anatopia reached out to see if I wanted to do a collab, I was so excited! You may have seen several other bloggers using this same post idea, and I wanted to give it a try. ๐Ÿ™‚ Let’s get started, shall we? Ana sent me a playlist to listen to and review, and she’s doing the same thing with my playlist on her blog. ๐Ÿ˜€

Different Drum by Blanca – Iโ€™ve never heard a song like this, it has a lot of drums and other percussion in it which is interesting! I actually like it just a little. ๐Ÿ˜› Not something I would choose to listen to, but itโ€™s not awful! Itโ€™s also really repetitive, which I like in some songs but not so much in this one. *shrugs*

This is The Stuff by Francesca Battistelli – I really like her voice! Iโ€™m not a huge fan of the repetitive-ness of the song. XD I think the message of the song is great though, and I feel like it would be good for a nice happy summer day! *happy sigh*

Happy Dance by MercyMe – I actually really like this song! Itโ€™s perfect for a dance party, I love all the different instruments in it! I shall pull this song out once our mini disco ball arrives from Amazon. *rubs hands together*

Pave by Britt Nicole – Ohh, I love this one! It would be perfect for a ride on a sunny day with your windows rolled down. *nods* Itโ€™s a very motivational and happy song, which I love! Though I think her voice sounds a lot like other female singers Iโ€™ve heard, I still like it. ๐Ÿ™‚

The Breakup Song by Francesa Batistelli – This sounds a lot like other songs Iโ€™ve heard, but it’s pretty good! Again, she has an amazing voice. I probably wouldn’t listen to this song if I was picking, but I really like the chorus! ๐Ÿ˜›

Pioneers by For King and Country – Hmm…. this song makes me imagine driving through a city on a rainy day. *happy sigh* ๐Ÿ™‚ I actually like it! Itโ€™s very calming and peaceful. I would definitely listen to this one again!

Sticks and Stones by Cass – *gazes thoughtfully out a nearby window* This one is interesting… I feel like itโ€™s a very bare song, if that makes any sense. Like, it doesnโ€™t have a lot of layers to it, just a voice and drums. Iโ€™m not a huge fan. *shrugs*

Lovely by Hollyn – She sounds a lot like someone Iโ€™ve heard before, but Iโ€™m not sure who. *shrugs* Iโ€™m not a fan of the really busy sounding background, I guess I like more clean sounding songs. ๐Ÿ˜› The beat is very catchy. ๐Ÿ™‚

Together by For King and Country – I like the beginning part! I actually really enjoyed this one! I like how they make it sound like a bunch of people are singing, Iโ€™ve always liked that in songs. ๐Ÿ™‚ Yes, I love this one. *nods*

Unspoken by Reason – This would be another great dance party song! I love the tune and the singer’s voice. Overall, a lovely song! ๐Ÿ™‚

That was so much fun, and I hope y’all enjoyed reading it! ๐Ÿ™‚ If you wanna see Ana’s post, then just check it out here! Have a wonderful day! โค

What is your favorite song right now? What is the best movie you’ve ever seen?
